The sentence of punishment shall be suspended separately against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 Korean Film Co., Ltd. organized a "National Countermeasure Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Countermeasures Council") against the full import of U.S. beef in order to systematically counter-import disputes against U.S. beef, claiming that "the phased import expansion agreement of U.S. beef entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is about to be a stroke negotiation, as well as to bring about harm to citizens' health."

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference followed the candlelight assembly against the import of U.S. beef, which was held in the Cheongyang-dong Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, following the candlelight assembly. From May 6, 2008, the countermeasures conference held a candlelight assembly, which is an outdoor assembly at night, every day from May 24, 2008. Since May 24, 2008, after the candlelight assembly and the day from May 24, 2008, tried to move into the Cheongdae-gu road demonstration, such as the Sejong-ro, paper, newspaper, etc., in the city of the following day after the candlelight assembly and the day from May 24, 2008.

On June 1, 2008, from around 19:00 to 19:40, the national countermeasures conference held a candlelight assembly in the presence of 15,000 candlelights.

From 04:10 up to 04:0, 200 participants of a demonstration were driven along the parallel line with three-lanes, and attempted to enter the zone into the zone of Cheongpo-sections by the police, and as a result, it was cut off by the police, the entire lane of the group, such as Sejong-ro, Taepo-ro, etc. was occupied and conducted a demonstration.

The Defendants actively and actively joined the bill of indictment from around 19:0 to around 19:00, but according to each evidence, the time that the Defendants started to participate in the above assembly and thus, the above revision was made accordingly.
