Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) in the “E” factory located in Da Sungsung-si around 21:00, the victim F (58 Does) “in the event he does not want to do so,” and (b) expressed that he was “in the face of a large number of people who will work in the face of the bring of the flap and the end of the flap in the face of the flap; and (c) expressed a knife (20 cm in total length) which is a dangerous thing in the restaurant of the building and threatened the victim.”
