A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in South-gu, Dong-gu, and Dong-gu, Dong-gu, and C.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

1. From November 2017 to February 5, 2018, the Defendant purchased KRW 130 km from “E” located in Sejong City to KRW 130,000 in Korea, and among them, purchased KRW 110 km from “E” to KRW 130,00,00, the Defendant indicated the origin of kimchi on the side of the restaurant calculation board as “China Korea” and indicated the origin of kimchi on the side of the restaurant calculation board as “domestic origin” and indicated the origin of kimchi on the side of the restaurant as “domestic origin” and made a false indication or an indication that may cause confusion with the origin.

2. From April 6, 2017 to February 5, 2018, the Defendant purchased KRW 3,330,000-g from the Daejeon District Headquarters of the Daejeon District Headquarters for the Korea Agricultural and Fisheries Food and Drug Distribution Corporation at KRW 11,290,00 from the Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, for the purchase of KRW 3,330,00,00 from the Daejeon District Headquarters for the 3,330,000 of the origin, and prepared the 2,975 g of the brush and made the 2,975 g of the brush, and sold the 13,50 of the brush portion of the 13,50,00 in the market price, and indicated the country of origin of the brush of the restaurant’s origin marking on the inner wall of the restaurant as “U.S. acid,” and indicated the country of origin as “domestic acid,” and made it confused or likely to cause confusion.
