Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2016, at around 03:30, the Defendant: (a) received a report from Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu B and 5, stating that “A fighting match has occurred rapidly; and (b) was asked by the police officer belonging to the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station D District Unit, who was dispatched to the site, to ask questions about the details of the report; and (c) took a bath as “this bom, low bom,” and used the e body in his/her hand to spathize the eth, shaken the eth, shaken the eth, and pushed the E body.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
