Punishment of the crime

The Defendant resided in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 302, and the Victim C(33) resided in the above 202.

On February 14, 2018, at around 13:00, the Defendant entered the entrance door password, which was discovered by an influence at the entrance of the above victim's residence, and opened the entrance door and arbitrarily entered it into the entrance, and intruded on the residence of the victim.
