1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 19.2% per annum from January 1, 2014 to June 27, 2019.
Reasons
1. On August 2013, the Plaintiff agreed to make an investment of KRW 50 million to the Defendant, but thereafter, to change the said KRW 50 million to a loan borrowed with interest rate of KRW 800,000 per annum (19.2% per annum). As such, the Plaintiff sought the return of the loan to the Defendant.
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
