1. Defendant School Foundation B’s KRW 3,000,000 and its interest shall be annually from January 27, 2016 to December 4, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a party. As from March 1, 2002, the Plaintiff is the F University (hereinafter “instant school”).
2) The Defendant Educational Institute B (hereinafter “Defendant Educational Institute”) is an educational foundation that operates the instant school.
3) around 2015, Defendant C was the principal of the instant school, the faculty member ethics committee, and Defendant D was the chairperson of the instant school teachers’ disciplinary committee around 2015, and Defendant E was the head of the department of computer education around 2012. (B) On April 3, 2012, 2012, the Plaintiff requested the Institute of Education to normalize the operation of the department by pointing out the problems such as the Plaintiff’s request for computer education and the normalization of its operation.
2) On May 31, 2012, the computer education and G professor also raised counter-influence that the Plaintiff’s personal operation of the site and academic management for graduation examinations, etc. were insufficient. 3) On August 20, 2012, the advisory committee for computer education and operational normalization reported the result to the Defendant’s private teaching institute on the following grounds: “The Plaintiff’s personal site (I) is closed and the server computer for the operation of H site is collected to place it to the department practice room.”
Detailed details of the report on the results of the above Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "report on the results of the Advisory Committee in 2012") shall be as specified in the attached Table.
4) At the time of August 23, 2012, Defendant Private Institutes sent an advisory committee report in 2012 to Plaintiff, Defendant E, and G, who was a professor of computer education. Defendant E posted the advisory committee report in 2012 around September 2012 in a department office.
