Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person shall commit an indecent act on another person in any public transportation means, place of public performance or assembly, or any other place densely concentrated by the public in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

On February 22, 2019, at around 18:50, the Defendant committed an indecent act by means of: (a) the Defendant, in front of arrival at C Station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 18, 2019, was expected to have a seatd in the subway wings adjacent to the victim D (In these years of age 55), the Defendant first committed an indecent act by inserting his hand on two occasions the front head outside of the victim’s tension; (b) then by inserting his hand to the tension head of the victim and rhhing the rear part.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in means of public transportation, or in subways which are places where the public are concentrated.

2. No person who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall make another person uneasy by uttering or doing very rough words or conducts to put him/her into standing;

The Defendant, at the above date, at the place, and the Defendant’s 1. Paragraph (1) above, committed violence, such as putting the victim into force on several occasions, while taking a bath that had undergone such as “Isk, Isk,” “Isk if Isk and walk in the subway,” “Isk if Isk and walk in the subway,” and “Cskin,” etc., on the part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant made the victim uneasy by very rough words or actions, which are frightening to go through.
