A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. to the Busan District Court on September 10, 2017, and completed the execution of the above sentence in the Seongbuk Detention House.

1. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim BW, who is an employee of the Defendant, within the convenience store located in Busan Dong-gu BV on October 21, 2017, stating that “I would lend money to the President if I wish to lend money to him/her that I would know well with the President, and will give him/her the key of the motor vehicle as security.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not conflict with the above convenience point owner, and even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to change the money to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, was issued 430,000 won as the borrowed money from the injured party, i.e., the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On October 26, 2017, the Defendant stated that “Around October 26, 2017, within the convenience store located in Suwon-gu Busan, U.S. BX, an employee of the Defendant, “I wish to pay off money if I want to lend money if I want to lend money because I want to pay back the money because I want to calculate it as a one million won check.”

However, the defendant was not a singing business, and even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to change the money to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as mentioned above, was issued 600,000 won as a loan from the injured party, i.e., on the part of the injured party.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

3. On October 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around October 28, 2017, within the convenience store located in the Busan Seo-gu BZ on October 28, 2017; (b) provided that “A victim CA, an employee of the Defendant, is in harmony with the President; and (c) lent money to the Defendant to deposit the key of the motor vehicle as security.”
