1. The plaintiff,

The registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 10, 201 with respect to the construction of buildings indicated in the list and the registration of ownership preservation (hereinafter “instant land”) of 2,641.6 square meters for D miscellaneous land in the Dosan-si, Si, Gun, Busan-si. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant land as of May 6, 201 on the date of the registration of ownership preservation.

On August 3, 2010, the Korea Rural Community Corporation, which managed the instant land before the Plaintiff was transferred, had Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) occupy and use part of the instant land in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff.
