Punishment of the crime

“2018 Highest 2764”: Defendants 2, C, and nameless wounded persons (“the premise fact”) provided loans to tax entrepreneurs in financial sphere so that business funds can be prepared; and “year-age loan” products and “new desired-time loan”; and “worker’s livelihood stabilization fund” products granted by the Labor Welfare Corporation to employees under difficulties in living due to delayed payment of wages through a corporate bank, a financing agency, a financing agency; (b) provided false documents, such as a certificate of employment, account transaction details, and confirmation of overdue payment of wages, as if they were in office of the company; (c) submitted the above documents to the bank; and (d) decided to divide profits after receiving the above documents from the bank; (d) Defendant A, by directly planning the entire crime of lending, such as selecting financial institutions to receive loans with C; and (e) managed the loan applicant’s loan and the place of application for loan and the place of application for loan and the place of application for interview with the head of the Labor Welfare Corporation; and (e) managed the loan applicant’s name and the place of application for loan and the place of application for delivery.
