1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and the foregoing amounting to KRW 18,480,000 and November 10, 2016.

On April 25, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract (hereinafter “instant lease contract”) with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 40,00,00,000 per month, KRW 3,080,00 per month, and the period from May 10, 2016 to May 9, 2019, and delivered the instant real estate to the Defendant. The Defendant delayed payment of the rent from May 10, 2016 to November 9, 2016, the Plaintiff’s obligation to provide the Plaintiff with evidence Nos. 1 to 3 (including serial numbers), and as such, the Plaintiff’s delivery of the instant lease contract at the above rate of KRW 1 to 30,00,00, KRW 3,000 per month, and KRW 3,080 (including value-added tax), and the Plaintiff’s delivery of the instant real estate at the delivery rate of KRW 10,000,000, KRW 1618.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
