Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who, from January 201 to March 2014, works as a motor vehicle dealer of the Da Motor Vehicle Trading Complex located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, for Ero, and from April 2014 to April 3, 2014, is a person who directly illegally transfers or arranges his/her license for private taxi transportation business while working as a sear for the trust and good offices of the company in the G Trading Complex located in Incheon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.

N,O, P, Q, R, R, T, U, V, X, Y, Z, AA, AB, and AC are former private taxi drivers, respectively.
AD is a doctor working at the Haak Medical Foundation in the medical corporation located in Sinsi-dong 1366-11, Sinsi-dong 1366-11, and AE is a doctor working at the AG Hospital in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
AH serves as an office worker in AI, etc. and arranges the preparation of a false diagnosis report to the above AD, and AJ is a person who mediates the above AE to prepare a false diagnosis report.
AK is a person who is called "broker with a false medical certificate", such as allowing a substitute patient to receive a medical certificate as if he/she is the above transferor.
2. A person who has obtained a license for private taxi transport business from the Defendant and N,O, P, Q, R, T, U,V, W, X,Y, and AA shall not transfer the license unless he/she is unable to drive directly due to disease requiring treatment for at least one year within five years from the date of acquisition. A private taxi for which five years have not passed since the date of license acquisition.
