Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 13 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:10 on September 3, 2019, the Defendant driven a Fystton car in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.225% (blood appraisal result) from a section of about 80 meters from the front of the entrance of the Gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si B to the front of the entrance of the Gu, D.D.
