Punishment of the crime
[Attachment to a repeated crime] On November 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special intimidation at the Busan District Court on November 12, 2015, and on March 15, 2017, the above court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and on August 11, 2017, and completed the execution of the said suspension of execution on September 6, 2018.

1. Around 18:20 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a light bicycle without registration number from around 300 meters away from the front of the Busan Eastdong-gu B apartment to the front of the same C apartment road; and (b) driven a light bicycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from around 300 meters.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the above Paragraph 1.
3. From July 12, 2019 to July 18:20, the Defendant: (a) was driving a two-wheeled vehicle as stated in the foregoing paragraph (2) and driving a two-wheeled vehicle in front of the Busan East-gu C apartment; (b) was demanded to prepare a “vehicle Operation Report” with the intent to conceal the Defendant’s status as a partner of the Defendant; and (c) was carrying the Defendant’s name in the name column of “F,” resident registration number column, “G” at the bottom of the vehicle, and “I will arbitrarily make a statement that I operated a bit125 vehicle on the street in front of the Busan East-gu C apartment on July 18:20, 2019, at the time of the vehicle operation column, from the Busan East-gu to the Busan apartment, to the end of 30m of the vehicle operation distance.”
