A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2003, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on December 8, 2003, and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the same court on September 1, 2010, respectively;

On July 21, 2013, at around 18:30, 2013, he/she drives a C low-speed motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.241% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 100km from the front of the name-dong driving school located in Gangseo-si Hong-si Hong-si to the front of the Gangwon-do Gyeongcheon-gun National Highway to the national highways No. 6 in front of the Gangseo-gun National Highway;

On July 22, 2013, at around 18:50, a person driving the said high-est car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.389% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 30km from the road 173, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, to the front side of the Hanwon-gun, Hongwon-gun, Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeong
