If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C in Jeju City.

Any person who intends to operate a construction business shall register the national land with the Minister of Construction and Transportation by industry.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering the land with the Minister of Construction and Transportation on August 25, 2016, entered into a contract with the owner E to enter into a new construction project of KRW 280 million of the construction cost, and carried out the construction project of the said new construction project from September 2016 to January 2017.
