1. The Plaintiff’s KRW 1,6140,00 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from July 27, 2005 to April 9, 2014 to the Defendant.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relation 1) The Plaintiff held C as the owner of B between January 13, 2004 and B (hereinafter “the instant owner”)
(2) In the event that the owner of the instant vehicle, which is a heavy equipment, bears legal liability for any loss incurred by a third party due to the insured’s occurrence of the insured’s B and the insurance period from January 13, 2004 to January 13, 2005, the coverage limit of which is KRW 100 million per capita, and the insured’s occurrence of the insured’s occurrence of the business in accordance with the purpose of the use thereof (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
