Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:56 on April 23, 2014, the Defendant was under dispute with the above substitute engineer on the ground that the substitute engineer who will drive the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building was studio in the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. On the part of the Defendant, the victim, who was sent after receiving the 112 report, the police officer D belonging to the Seoul Suwon Police Station C District, who was the victim, called “if there is any complaint against the substitute engineer, he shall not be another substitute engineer.” The Defendant openly insulting the victim on the part of another police officer who was at the site, such as “Sick”, who was a police officer at the scene of abusiveing, such as E and the substitute engineer.
