Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall arrange, solicit, or induce sexual traffic, provide a place for sexual traffic, or engage in any other conduct, such as arranging sexual traffic.
Nevertheless, from July 7, 2017 to July 14, 2017, the Defendant employed sexual traffic women C in Daegu-gu Section 301, and posted a letter to introduce it into the key room of the trade name of “E” in smartphone D, and had the Defendant enter the sex purchase remaining after reporting and contact with the above letter as above 301, and then received the sexual traffic price of KRW 70,000,000 and caused it to interfere with the sexual traffic women C.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic.

In this context, all the sentencing conditions such as the defendant's age, sexual conduct, environment, motive, means and result of the crime, circumstances after the crime, family relationship, etc., including the method, period, and size of profit, shall be determined as per the disposition.
