Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 【Obstruction of Performance of Official Duties” around July 22, 2014, around 55, the Defendant assaulted C’s right-hand her on the top of the left-hand hand, on the ground that the slope C belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station B zone called the Defendant’s family, who was called out after receiving 112 report as a taxi charge issue, on the front of the 7th exit-dong-dong, Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of police officers to the site and crime prevention.

The Defendant, at the same time, at a place as set forth in paragraph (1) and at the same time and at a place as that of paragraph (1), took a bath to the Assistant C belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station B, and took a bath to “Iskh and spule,” “Iskh and spul,” and publicly insultd the victims to E belonging to the same spule.
