1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project association established under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents to implement a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project that has the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul District as a project

The head of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government publicly announced the approval for the establishment of the association on May 16, 2008 to the plaintiff, and the approval for the management and disposal plan on March 12, 2015.

B. The buildings listed in the attached list are located in the above project implementation district.

C. Defendant B is the Plaintiff Union’s member and the owner of the building indicated in the separate sheet. Defendant C is the owner of the building indicated in the separate sheet. Defendant C is the part (A) section 38.365 square meters connected with each of the points listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 5, 6, and 1 in sequence among the land of the building indicated in the separate sheet; Defendant D is the part (B) connected with each of the points indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 drawings 2, 3, 4, 5, and 2 in sequence among the land of the building indicated in the separate sheet No. 1; Defendant E is the part (38.365 square meters connected to each of the points listed in the separate sheet No. 3,4,5,6, and 300 square meters; Defendant C is the part (B) 3.45 square meters in sequence among the 1st of the building indicated in the separate sheet; Defendant C is the part (3) of the attached sheet No. 2, 362, 45, and 364, in sequence No.

A. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of claim, the public notice of the decision to approve the above management and disposal plan is a building listed in the attached list in accordance with Article 49 (6) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents.
