Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and two months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Criminal facts

Defendant

A is a person who had worked as the head of the F Center from August 2014, and Defendant B is a person who had worked as the head of the F Center from April 2007 and worked as the head of the said Center from August 2014.

The F Center is a center that enters into an entrustment contract for self-support labor projects with the Jinan-Gun Office in order to support jobs for low-income groups and secure the continuity of self-support labor projects, and carries out self-support labor projects with the subsidies of the State and local governments, and the G agency that carries out cleaning services under its jurisdiction, H agency that manufactures craft goods, and the I agency written in the indictment of the I agency that collects recyclable goods seems to be clerically written

(142 pages 142 of the Investigation Records). The G Project Association has operated the J Project Association that carries out the cleaning services of public institutions. Among them, the G Project Association has been operated as a market entry-type project team that receives cleaning services from an institution other than a public institution for the purpose of independently independent of a self-support company that provides stable jobs to recipients or persons with labor force from among persons in the next lowest income bracket under the Basic Livelihood Security Act.

On April 21, 2009, the Defendants established and operated (YG)G with Defendant A’s representative on April 21, 2009 to carry out the G Project Association’s business. The Defendants, in order to perform the entrusted services, had those participating in another project team perform part of the services, and operated (oil)G in the form of paying personnel expenses to the project team, and (oil)G later operated as one of the projects of the G project group of the said center.
