The defendant is a person who drives a two-wheeled automobile with engine displacement of 278cc ATSNIC 300.

On October 27, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining Class 2 driver's license for small-sized vehicles around 16:35 on October 27, 2016, driven the above two-wheeled vehicle at approximately 100 meters from the front side of Samsung C&U apartment apartment located in Samsung C&M 25-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front side of the 3-ro 20-gil, 30 meters from the front side of Samsung C&M apartment.
