1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

(b) Appendix 8,773,790 Won and Appendix 1, 2019.

Reasons

1. On April 1, 2017, the indication of the claim was determined as KRW 20,00,000 per lease deposit, KRW 1,200,00 per month of rent, and the lease period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2019, and the implied renewal of the lease contract was continued after delivery of the instant building from the Plaintiff on April 1, 2017, while the Plaintiff did not entirely pay the Plaintiff the rent of KRW 8,773,790 in total management expenses and KRW 8,790 in excess of management expenses, and the Plaintiff’s delivery of the copy of the complaint after February 1, 2019 to the Defendant for reasons of the occurrence of the lease contract or the delayed payment of the above management expenses (on October 12, 2020: the delivery date of the lease contract or the foregoing delayed payment of the lease fees).

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
