1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) E (hereinafter “the deceased”).
(2) On March 1, 2009, the deceased joined a school officer as a candidate for the Army officer, and served as the so-called "FJ commander of the Army" for the Army. On December 17, 2009, the deceased was on June 16, 2010 and served as a personnel officer for the first rank on the part of the Presidential Presidential Decree on the part of June 16, 2010, while on duty as a personnel officer, the deceased was on duty as a personnel officer for the first rank. (2) On November 11, 2010, the deceased was on duty as a personnel officer for the second rank and was on duty as a personnel officer. 3) At the time of death, there was Plaintiff B, the deceased’s wife A and the deceased’s children. B. The Ministry of National Defense concluded each of the instant insurance contracts with the Defendants, respectively, the insurance period from January 21, 201 to January 21, 201. The insured and the beneficiary as the deceased’s legal heir.

B) Between February 13, 2009 and February 13, 2086, the insurance period was from February 13, 2009 to February 13, 2086, the insured entered into an insurance contract with the deceased’s legal heir at the time of the death of the insured (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant insurance contracts”).
C. C.
