Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

The Defendant had expressed his mind to manufacture psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related metrophophones (one name penphones, hereinafter referred to as “copphones”).

1. On August 2014, the Defendant, at the end of Gwangju Northern-gu C Apartment 201, 1302, the Defendant, from the Defendant’s office be equipped with reduction drugs containing Schlage’s raw material for manufacture of philophone, and manufacturing equipment, etc. necessary for manufacture of philophones. The Defendant, using X-ray and opon to extract Schlage’s raw material from X-ray and he tried to manufacture philophones by mixing them with nitrogenumumumum and alphane, but failed to achieve the intent of manufacturing technology, but failed to complete the attempt (Article 1g of the white fluore powder containing Schlage’s raw material in that process) (Article 1g of the white fluorum powder containing Schlage).

2. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant attempted to manufacture a scopon in the same manner as above at a place, such as Paragraph 1, which was intended to manufacture a scopon, but did not bring about the intent due to the scopon of manufacturing technology (in the process, manufacturing approximately 3g of white scopon containing Schlage ingredients).

3. On November 2014, 2014, the Defendant attempted to manufacture a scopon in the aforesaid manner at the places, such as Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 1, but failed to achieve the intent due to the scopon of manufacturing technology (in the process, he/she manufactured approximately 3g g of white powder containing Schlage ingredients).

4. Around July 27, 2015, the Defendant extracted Schlage’s ingredients in the same manner as that of paragraph 1 at the same place as that of paragraph 1.

The Defendant, around July 28, 2015, tried to manufacture philophones by mixing it with amlodd, human, salting, and scarcitys extracted as above in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, with the method of causing chemical reaction by heating it, but did not achieve that intention due to the failure of manufacturing technology.
