Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around August 2015, the Defendant excavated approximately KRW 997.61 square meters in mountainous districts as an excavating machine in order to create a cemetery in the forest and field C in Busan Special Metropolitan City, Si around August 2015 without obtaining permission from the competent administrative authority, and converted the use of mountainous districts.
