A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Busan District Court on August 6, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution.

Criminal facts

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant entered the title “MU Conclusion” (g) D and (g) D, using a computer located in Busan-gun, for the purpose of uttering, to jointly carry out the projects for the delivery and support of patriotism, the projects for the development and distribution of education programs to find Korean cultural ice for Korean children abroad, the projects for the development of app Development of E University and Smartphone system, and the development of the smartphone drive system, and forged Chapter FD’s “(g)” in the name of F, a private document related to rights and duties, with a prior seal affixed thereto.

On January 6, 2013, the Defendant, using a computer located in the above C Office, stated that “LG agency contract” was “LG agency agreement” by the G (representative H) to supply a mobile phone device to the I branch (representative J) and forged a copy of “LG agency agreement” under the title of “LG agency agreement” in the name of J, a private document related to the rights and obligations by arbitrarily signing in the name of “J”.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around December 20, 201, at the above C Office, to K, who is not aware of the circumstances of the foregoing Article.

As stated in paragraph (1), a forged “MU” letter was delivered as if it were duly constituted and used.

B. On January 6, 2013, the Defendant at the above C Office around January 6, 2013, to K without knowledge of the circumstances under the foregoing Article 1.B.

As in the same paragraph, a forged “LG agency contract” was delivered as if it were duly formed and used.

3. Fraud;

A. The Defendant around December 20, 2012, at the above C Office, and at the Victim K, “B’s director.”
