A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

In addition, the applicant for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") committed the following crimes in a state that the applicant for medical treatment and custody lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a dynamic disorder.

1. Violence;

A. On July 2012, 2012, the Defendant spite assaulted the victim at the home of the victim D(76 years of age) located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, that “packs the victim” at the victim’s home of the victim D(76 years of age) on July 13, 2012, and threatened the victim with drinking as if he/she waits against the victim’s face, and spits the victim’s face twice.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

B. Around March 2012, the Defendant, upon consultation with the Defendant’s father, was dissatisfied with the fact that the victim E (n, 75 years of age) takes a farming house in the farmland located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and asked that he would not bring a farming house in the said farmland to the ordinary victim, and suffered conflict with the victim.

On March 2012, the Defendant: (a) had been driving on the said farmland around 22:00 on the date of the same month and from 22:00 to 04:00 on the following day of the same month, on the ground that the Plaintiff had not been able to assist the Defendant; (b) the Defendant was unable to drive a horse in front of the victim’s house located in Chungcheong-gun C, and (c) the Defendant was driving the horse in front of the victim’s house located in Chungcheong-gun C, and the Defendant was able to drive the horse in front of the victim’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, and the Defendant was 93.8dB equivalent to 60dB, which is the living noise noise standard

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. Around 12:00 on July 9, 2012, the Defendant found the victim D’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and threatened the victim’s wife F with the victim’s wife “D dog, satise, D self-satis, and satise,” and, at around 13:00 on the same day, returned home and sent back to the victim, who was notified by F, with fear.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.
