The first instance court.

1. The reasons for the court's explanation of this case are the same as the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are quoted in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

(2) The court of first instance, which dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim for the conclusion on December 2, 201, is justifiable, and the Plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed on the ground that it is not reasonable, since the Plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed on the ground that it is not reasonable. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, except as otherwise alleged in the ground of appeal.
