Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2017 Highest 1956" is a person who has no fixed occupation.
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. In around 2009, the Defendant had purchased apartment houses through the brokerage of the D Certified Private Broker Office’s office, which is serving as the victim C’s employee. The Defendant asserted that it was subject to gift tax due to the mistake on the part of the said victim before several years, and that there was bullying, such as seeking compensation for damage by finding at the victim’s office.
On December 24, 2016, the Defendant avoided disturbance between 10 minutes, and interfered with the victim’s authorized intermediary business affairs. At the D Authorized Broker Office located in Guri-si E around 11:00 on December 24, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s authorized intermediary business affairs.
B. On January 18, 2017, at the above certified broker office around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) stated the victim’s face without any justifiable reason; (b) took the victim’s face as drinking; and (c) inflicted injury on the victim, such as damage to the character of a body that requires treatment for about seven days.
2. On February 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought an interview with the head of the tax office located in Guri-si on February 13, 2017 at the G Tax Office located in Guri-si, that he would hold an interview with the head of the tax office; (b) sought a disturbance by finding the head of the tax office as an affiliated office of the tax office; (c) the police officer, a police officer of the Guri-ri Police Station H District, dispatched to the site upon receipt of a 112 report, she would stop him/herself and stop him/her from returning to the Defendant; (d) the above I’s clothes and face portion and face part of his/her house, “a visual and video disaster, flaps,” and (e) interfere with the execution of the above I’s legitimate execution of the report.
3. A crime committed on April 25, 2017;
A. On April 25, 2017, the Defendant, refusing to withdraw, is affiliated with the office of the head of the pertinent G tax office, around 10:30.
