On March 10, 2015, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven a B-E motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.153% from the section near the street in the gold village in the Sinju-si to the front road of the metrain hospital located in the same Dong.
