A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car Brosp car.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) by the Defendant caused a traffic accident as stated in paragraph (1) and escaped, and at least 03:30 on the same day received and called out after receiving 112 reports in front of the Defendant’s residence.
