Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2019, at around 15:35, the Defendant driven a Category D 2 cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.053% from the 1km section from the front of the road located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Jin-si to the Sungdong-dong-dong B-dong-dong-dong.
