Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, as to the defendants for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2018, Defendant A’s special property damage and special intimidation: (a) around 22:20, Jun. 28, 2018, 201, the Defendant used a knife (the total length: 36cc., 24cc.) which is a dangerous object of the Defendant’s entry into the said drinking house, and used a knife (the total length: 36cc., 24cc.) on the front day of the “E operated by the Victim D” by the victim B, a social ship owner, and the victim B, under the influence of alcohol, were at the discretion of the Defendant, at the time of the victim’s fighting; (b) on the ground that the victim B was at the discretion of the Defendant, and (c) on the ground that the victim B was at the discretion of the Defendant, and made a knife and damaged the advertisement sign twice by 200,000 won at the market price owned by the victim D, and continued the victim.
