1. The Defendant completed the prescriptive acquisition on April 7, 2018 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 7/96 of each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

The Plaintiff, from April 7, 1998, occupied each real estate listed in the separate sheet as the intention of possession in peace and openly and on April 7, 2018, and the prescription for acquisition by possession was completed on April 7, 2018, demanding the Defendant, a co-owner of each of the said real estate to implement the procedure for registration for transfer of ownership of the said co-ownership.
