The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the defendant on the ground that there is no proof of crime against the fraud among the facts charged in this case, and there is no violation of rules of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.

On the other hand, the prosecutor submitted a written appeal to the effect that he/she is dissatisfied with the guilty portion of the judgment below, and did not state the grounds of appeal as to that portion in the appellate brief, and thus this part of the appeal

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
