A The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 18, 2019, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 26, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Cenz) is a person engaging in driving of Cenz E63 AMG cars.

On February 11, 2019, the defendant made a left turn to the Seoul Arts Center from the side of the Government Station the intersection in front of the public viewing of the Speaker, who is a citizen of the city of Speaker, to the left.

At night, it was difficult to view the motor vehicle driving service at night, so there was a duty of care to reduce the speed prior to entering the intersection and to turn to the left safely by making the front door and the left well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got out of the road due to the negligence of entering the intersection without reducing speed, and thereby, received the part of the victim's government-run car owned by the victim's government on the sidewalk.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant damaged the property owned by the victim to the extent of 339,000 won of the repair cost due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped and did not take necessary measures, and escaped without leaving the said car on the road.

B. On February 11, 2019, around 03:30 on February 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) asked B to make a false statement with the purport that “I have been driving in the country while driving in the country while driving in the vehicle; and (b) I would like to have caused an accident while driving in the vehicle.”

Thus, the Defendant had B, around 04:15 on March 11, 2019, had B, a police officer F belonging to the House E-gu Police Station E-district, who is investigating a traffic accident at the location described in the above 1-A, left the scene of the accident while driving Cenz E63 AMG car.
