Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 13, 2015, at around 12:09, the Defendant accessed a name-free female victim, who was able to know the trade name in the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City University-dong, with a galthro-phone, and taken the victim’s bucks and muck in a white buck, using smartphones with a galthro-phone, in which the victim’s bucks and muck in a white buck.

2. On the 16th day of the same month, at around 07:36, the Defendant accessed the name-free female victims waiting for subway at the 2 line platforms of the new forest station in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and photographs for about 1 minute 30 seconds of the victim’s buck and bucks by using pop-phone smartphones in the galp lup-type where the function of photographing is inside the subway.

3. On the 26th day of the same month, at around 13:53, the Defendant accessed the nameless female victims waiting the bus at the bus stops located in Dobong-dong in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and taken a galle jum, using smartphones, in which a galle galle thalm embros suffered by the victim who suffered a balthro in the fireworks pattern, using smartphonephones, for about 35 seconds.

At around 18:50 of the same month, the Defendant accessed the victim’s name unexploited female victim’s behind the exit 10th of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Station, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, with a galle-gu smartphone in which the gamer shooting function was installed, and taken by using phophones, for about 2 minutes of the victim’s buckbucks and her bucks.

Accordingly, the defendant taken four times against his will the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera.
