Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 201, the Defendant received 40% of the charge from B at a “D” business establishment of Seodaemun-gu Seoul operated by B, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and received 70,000 won from a large number of unspecified people at KRW 70,00,00, and used both fingers, thereby promoting the blood circulation from approximately one hour to two hours and 30,000, by using the fingers, such as pressing, shouldering, taking charge of head, slicking, and cutting down, etc., and cutting down, the Defendant was not recognized as a massage for profit.
