Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2015, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven BM5 car from around 500 meters away from the 500-meter section to the Southern C&T road located in the same Dong, where the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.05% of blood alcohol concentration.
