Punishment of the crime

On October 08, 2016, at around 10:30 on 08, 2016, the Defendant discovered golf bags and clothes with golf loans set up by the victim E in the “D” parking lot located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and loaded them into the F Cost Star Cargo Partition operated by himself.

As a result, the Defendant stolen the money in cash, which is located within the victim's own market price of 15 million won or more, 300,000 won.
