1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30 million with 15% per annum from October 24, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the absence of dispute between the parties or the overall purport of Gap evidence and all the pleadings, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that on January 16, 2015, the plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to the defendant as of July 1, 2015.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 24, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the day following the delivery date of the instant payment order sought by the Plaintiff.
