A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 16, 2015, the Defendant was required to respond to the measurement of alcohol by inserting the breath of alcohol in a manner that makes it difficult for the Defendant to recognize that the Defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as a breath of drinking in a breath and a breath of the racing and Police Station Empicing, while driving a breath and 3 breath of the breath in the two north-west-west side of the Sin-Eup-Myeon and Eup-Myeon while drinking in the breath of the Eup market.
