On January 10, 2018, around 15:08, the Defendant driven B K5 car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration of 0.211% from the 188-1-ro, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 188-1 to the front road of the 180-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
