A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:30 on the main points of “E” operated by the victim D of the first floor under the ground of the 1st floor of the Seoul-U.S. Seoul Special Metropolitan City, an Gyeonggi-si Office, issued an order to pay the price even if he/she does not have the intent or ability to pay the price, he/she deceivings the victim as if he/she did not pay the price, thereby deceiving him/her, thereby deceiving him/her to do so.

2. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:50 on April 27, 2015, did not calculate the drinking value and demanded the payment of the drinking value to the victim D, and refused to pay the drinking value. However, the Defendant continued to demand the victim to pay the drinking value, and caused the victim to do so, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s bar business by force by forcing the victim to avoid a disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as selling bitch, bitch bitch, and bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.

3. The Defendant, at the above date and time and place of the assault, assaulted the victim’s hair DNA (n, 54 years of age) that booms the above scam and scams over the floor by cutting the arms in his hand, and assaulted the victims’ hair F (n, 47 years of age) and the victim G (n, 55 years of age) by scaming their hairs on his hand.
