A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant works as an ocean-going seafarer.

1. Around 00:30 on March 29, 2018, the Defendant was driving as if the Defendant would normally pay the taxi cost if he/she moves to a destination while boarding a C-si operated by the victim B in front of the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do.
