Defendant
B serves as a public official in charge of D’s environmental office from August 2013 to the head of D’s environmental office, and is in charge of affairs of the environmental office. Defendant A works as a public official in charge of D’s environmental office from around 2010 to the public official in charge of D’s environmental office, and is in charge of concluding various contracts and managing E’s parks. Defendant C is a public official in charge of management of D’s environmental office, and Defendant C is a person in charge of G farming association in F’s manure manufacturing business.
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
(a) On October 19, 2016, the preparation of a false official document, and the preparation of a false official document, Defendant A and B, a false official document, had a bicycle riding in the “E Park” managed by the foregoing D’s environmental establishment around July 2016.
