Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On September 4, 2019, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car at a speed of about 71km per hour, depending on the two-lanes from the two-lanes of the two-lanes, the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lane.

At that time, the speed limit was 60km per hour, and the surface was milched. Ultimately, at around 01:51 on September 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) caused the said victim D’s occupational negligence to die due to her hovas cerebral brain damage at a F Hospital located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do; (b) suffered injury to the victim G (V, 30 years of age) who was on the top of the operation of the said rocketing and other vehicles for approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
